After having a wholesome breakfast we will be heading towards Lukla. The flight experience towards Lukla itself is thrilling as you will see the breathtaking views of the Himalayas and scenic landscapes. After arriving at Lukla you will trek to Phakding which is a short hike and you will stay overnight there.

Today we walk through pine forests and settlements on our way crossing Dudh Koshi  that will  lead us to the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. Walking along Dudhkoshi and Bhotekoshi upstream we will climb a steep hill. The trail will take us to Namche Bazaar and we will stay there in the lodge overnight.

Acclimatization is very essential while trekking in higher altitude to prevent altitude-related sickness. We mark this day for acclimatization and we can ramble in Namche Bazaar getting familiar with people and the atmosphere. We will make our side trip towards Everest view hotel to observe the magnificent view of the snow-covered mountains. We will also visit Hilary school and Khumjung monastery which houses Yeti scalp. We can also visit the Tourist visitor center which provides information about the first climbers of Everest, traditions, culture of the people living in this region and information about animals and plants found in this region.

We will leave Namche Bazaar and walk up to Tsorcamp then the trails begin easy till to Sanasa. After that, your trails lead you Gokyo valley ascends to Mong-La pass and descends to Phungi Tenga. Along the trails, you can enjoy the view of Mt Ama Dablam which is the jewellery of Everest regions. In Phungi Tenga you can have lunch after that again ascend to the Dole passing through beautiful Subtropical Rhododendron forest. This is the beautiful forest along the way you can enjoy with flora and fauna, one important thing is its big chance to see the rarest animal which is Call “Musk Deer” and other species too.

This is just half-day walk to Machhermo so after your regular breakfast trails lead you gradually ascend but after the Dole tree line is slowly going off. Along the way, you can have a great view of Mt Cho-Oyu (8,201 m) which is the world’s 6th highest Mountain. After reaching Machhermo you can have lunch and rest for a while then go for a small acclimatize hike. 

Today we head towards Gokyo Lake this is the crystal clear blue water altitude lake. The trails present you beautiful views of Himalaya and waterfalls. When you reach the Gokyo you can see the amazing close-up view of Mt. Cho Oyu. The trails look easy but you can feel harder and challenging because of altitude dry air. But after rest, you can walk around and enjoy the amazing panorama view of the Himalaya.

Gokyo Ri is the most excellent viewpoint to present magnificent views of Himalaya. Early morning hike up to Gokyo Ri for beautiful panoramic Sunrise views over the mountain after exploration of Gokyo Ri back to Hotel and rest afternoon you can walk around the Lake.

Today is a short walk so after late breakfast trek begins to Dragnak. The trails are mostly rocky flat crossing over the Ngozumpa glacier which is (36 meters) longest glacier in the Khumbu region. Along the way you can enjoy the view of Mt. Tabuche and Cholatse, overnight at Dragnak. 

Today is the hardest day comparing the other days. Trails begin to ascend steep and have slippery icy patches that make the walk very challenging all the way up to Cho-La pass.
Our guide will motivate and help you through this difficult trek. But after we cross the pass, the trails are mostly downhill and can get slippery in the afternoon as the ice melts. So slowly you can reach Dzongla, a small rural community, there are just a few lodges. 

Today also half-day walk so after challenging day walk shortly to Lobuche village. The trail is regularly flat and moderate with a beautiful scenic surrounding you including Mt Cholatse, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Lobuche peak, overnight at trekking lodge. 

A relatively easy walk towards Gorakshep will kick off our journey to the destination. From Gorak Shep, you can expect a demanding straight trail to EBC. The path towards camp despite being relatively harder offers stunning views of Khumbu glacier and icefall located at the slopes of Everest. We can enjoy the closeup views of Nuptse, Khumbutse, and Pumori and return back to Gorakshep where we will spend our night.

Many trekkers find Kala Patthar as the final destination even though we already reached Base Camp. Kala Patthar offers a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and surrounding mountains. You can capture unforgettable memories of your trek from Kala Patthar and enjoy a stunning view of mighty Himalayas. After spending some time in Kala Patthar we will walk towards Pheriche for overnight stay.

We will mark our journey to return on this day. While descending towards Namche Bazaar we can observe the mighty Himalayas, Yaks and many more on our way. We will cross a bridge over the Dudhkoshi River, pass through the pine forest and finally reach Namche Bazaar where we will spend our night.

This is the day when we will say goodbye to the Sherpa people and the Sagarmatha region. We will head towards Lukla and stay there for a night. We will enjoy warm and delicious meals with local drinks. On this day we will mostly descend downhill trail and crosses several suspension bridges and villages.

This day marks the end of our stay in the Khumbu region. We will catch our early domestic flight for Kathmandu. We will be staying at a hotel in Thamel and prepare for your homebound. You can as well buy a souvenir from the shop and enjoy drinks and Nepali cuisine. You can as well enjoy city life visiting clubs or pubs.

After breakfast, we will prepare for our trek and collect the necessary things our checklist needed in our trek. We will wrap up the preparation until lunch. After a delicious lunch, we will set off for sightseeing in Kathmandu valley. We will cover major religious sites for example - Pashupatinath (a major holy site for Hindu), Swayambhunath (also known as monkey temple), and Boudhanath (one of the largest stupas in the world). We will also visit Basantapur Durbar square, a historical site built around medieval times by Malla and Shah Kings. The durbar square is a series of temples and palaces where you can observe the art in the form of woodwork, stonework and etc.

This day is marked as the last day for you to stay in this beautiful mountain country. You will be taken to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure towards home with lots of adventurous and lifetime memories while trekking in Khumbu region and crossing the Cho-La pass.
