Millennium Trek is a ridgeline trail through the Mid Hill range in western Nepal. The main highlight of Millennium Treks is the beautiful landscape and snow-capped mountain views. Millennium Trail is the newest Trekking destination in central Nepal. Especially, this route is going to explore the real Gurung and Magar villages. Panorama views from west Mt. Kanjiroba to the east Ganesh Himal range are the main attraction of this trip. However, this journey also presents a spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset along the paths. The primary highlights of this trip are Dhor Barahi and the Millennium Cave. The place is located southeast of Pokhara and northeast of the walling. Gachhepani is the starting point for Millennium Trekking, and Majhkot Syangja is the endpoint. It is one of the most culturally rich settlements in the area.

On Millennium treks, you will find beautiful wild flora and fauna. This place is also best for bird watching. These trips provide the chance to visit stunning and peaceful villages. Millennium trek offers travellers a great way to see the local culture. In short, this journey is best for those travellers who want to experience the village lifestyle. The primary ethnic groups in this region include Gurung, Brahmin, Chhetri, and Magar. Tourists can participate in many traditional events on this trip, including Ghatu, Sorathi, Kauda, Salaijo, and Krishna Charitra. It’s time to embark on Millennium Trek and learn about 30 other cultures.

Specially we highly recommend for the travellers, who are looking for village tourism and staying with locals Millennium Trails is the best. In particular, the following itinerary includes both tours in western Nepal. The path begins at 420 metres above sea level and continues up to 1,602 metres above sea level. So the altitude sickness problem doesn’t occur on this trip. You’ll walk around 72 kilometres during the Millennium trek. However, this route can be changed and can also finish within six days.

The tour begins with your arrival in the capital city of Kathmandu and is the starting point for many popular trekking packages towards the north. Our agent will pick you up from Tribhuvan International Airport and take you to the hotel. Have a nice welcome with delicious Nepali cuisine. You will be given more information in the evening.

Our trip to Pokhara starts early in the morning. It takes around 7-8 hours for a tourist bus to reach that location. The distant shots of the mountains along the way and the lush green hills will fascinate you all the way. On arrival in Pokhara, you will be taken to the hotel near Phewa Lake, where you will appreciate the stunning Phewa Lake evening scenes and surroundings.

We travel 22 kilometres towards Gachhepani via Dulegaunda, beyond the environment of our journey from Pokhara. Gachhepani is in the Gandaki Zone in the western Nepal district. This lies at an altitude of 621 metres. The area is inhabited and overlooked by the nearby hills. When we arrive at Gachhepani, we begin our hike to Rajasthal. The place-name "Rajasthal" is preserved in such a way that "Raja" means "King" and "Sthal" means "place." So, this place is named after the King of Nepal who used to live here in ancient times. We can see the remains of the early Nepalese kings at Rajasthal. Panoramic views of Dulegaunda, Khairenitar, and Bhimad are also available. You will enjoy the cultural display at night and stay overnight at one of the hotels or lodges close to home.

We wake up early in the morning on the second day of our trip and climb up to Kolmakot for a sunrise view, spreading its rays across the tops of snow-capped mountains. We will have our breakfast after a stunning sunrise view and then head on to the Millennium Cave. Millennium Cave is an actual natural cave with special subterranean slides and ancient forts. Continuing our journey from the Cave of the Millennium, we enter Gharedi in the western part of Nepal. We'll enjoy our overnight stay at one of Gharedi's lodges.

After getting breakfast the next day, we will begin our walk towards Pokharichhap, the destination of today. Pokharichhap is situated in the Western Region region and is about 143 kilometres away from the country's capital, Kathmandu. Also known as "Kolma," Pokharichhap is one of the famous and culturally enhanced district villages of Syangja. After a few hours of walking, we enter Pokharichhap, loving the stunning natural setting and views of snow-capped mountains. Upon entry, the locals would greet you with a smile on their faces. Treat yourself to popular ethnic music, popular food, and entertainment. You will live in Pokharichhap overnight.

On this day, we set out on our hike towards Pelkachaur after breakfast. Pelkachaur is a beautiful village where you will consider it a harmonious way of discovering variety in the culture of the people living around you. The ethnic groups that live here are Brahmin, Chhetri, Magar, and Gurung, and Brahmin and Chhetri are the major dominants of this area. When spending a night in this venue, you'll have a good feeling.

Just like the other day, you'll get ready by picking up your bag today, too. The porter should bring your rucksack along with you. Today, we will begin our trek at about 8 a.m. To enter Majhkot (Majkotsibalaya), we must travel for more or less 5 hours this day. This is another lovely village surrounded all over by hills, almost a hill between many hills. Here you will enjoy living with the local people and help them out with their everyday tasks such as eating, bathing, drinking, sewing, fishing, herding of cattle etc. You should have an opportunity to study the local residents really closely and to communicate with them closely. You will be amused throughout the evening by the sound of local cultural songs. Overnight stay in a Majhkotsibalaya homestay

On the very last day of our journey, we have our breakfast in Majhkotsibalaya on the very last day of our journey and then descend to Rambachha. You can visit several lovely villages along the way. After around 3 to 4 hours of walking, we enter Rambachha, where a private car is waiting for your pickup. Then, you are moved to Pokhara. This way, you'll finish your journey with a handful of memories in the most beautiful area of the world.

On this day, you will be heading towards Kathmandu. Depending on your preferred mode of travel, you can head towards Kathmandu. It will take 6–7 hours by drive or 15 minutes by flight. You can enjoy rambling on the streets of Thamel upon arrival or buy a souvenir to take it back as a remembrance or gift it to your loved ones. There are plenty of things you can do in Thamel.

Each magnificent journey has its conclusion, and today is the last day of your stay in this beautiful country of Nepal and the completion of the fantastic Millennium Trek.
